RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
When used in residential settings, our furniture comes with a Lifetime Guarantee. We are so sure of your complete satisfaction that we offer this guarantee for the lifetime of the original owner against any manufacturing defects. Teak is the strongest and most stable wood used for outdoor furniture and will outlast and other wood; however, unusual wear and tear may require a replacement part, which we will quickly supply for a nominal fee.

You may return any item in its original condition wihin 30 days, for any reason, for a full refund (less shipping charges), plus a nominal restocking fee.

Discontinued and personalized items such as engraved, stained or customized pieces can not be returned.

WARRANTY
Teak
All of the teak products in this catalog are designed for a lifetime of trouble-free use and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty applies to the original customer/installation with proof of purchase and covers any defects in materials or workmanship provided that the product is measured and installed according to the product instructions. In the unlikely event that warranty service is needed, call customer service and we will arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
