Shipping Information

Arthur Lauer offers three methods of shipping your teak furniture.

White Glove Delivery
Our White Glove Delivery provides the best in Arthur Lauer service. Place your order and let our in-house craftsmen do the rest. Your fully assembled order will be delivered to your home and the delivery associate will place the items wherever you would like them, indoors or out. This service is available in the 48 contiguous states for a charge equal to 15% of your merchandise total. There is a minimum shipping charge of $250. Every Arthur Lauer product is offered with our White Glove Delivery service (with the exception of the Bradstreet arbor.)

Flat Pack Assembly
Our craftsmen meticulously inspect each piece of furniture, making sure every part is perfect, then assemble it into a few large sections and pack it in a box that can ship via common carrier or UPS. It should take an average of 30 minutes to complete the assembly with a phillips head screwdriver, a hammer and our clear illustrated instructions. The shipping charge on flat packs is 8% of the merchandise total. Not all Arthur Lauer products are offered as a Flat Pack Assembly. Please see product description for availability.

Signature Craftsman Kit
Our Signature Craftsman Kit includes precision cut teak wood pieces and all the hardware you will need to put the piece together. The craftsman kit is rewarding to put together and in just a few hours, depending on the piece, you will have created a legacy your family will be proud of. The only tools you will need are a hammer, a phillips head screwdriver, a wrench and our clear illustrated instructions. In each kit, no two pieces of wood are connected. The shipping charge on our kits is 8% of the merchandise total. Not all Arthur Lauer products are offered as a Signature Craftsman Kit. Please see product description for availability.
